Peace work

Upto now the global peace movement is taking good shape under the guidence of the british peace party and the dynamic peace leader Mr John Morris. In Nepal also we are trying to make are peace party through the strategy called "Peace-cacooning". Here each peace individual creates a ring of peace members through the process of personal peace culturing.

This sounds really exciting. Can you tell us more about it?

I have just seen a documentary by John Pilger re. the Corporate World of America/U.K. in the destruction of democracies in the South Americas. The Bolivian people are waking upto the fact that they have to burn wood for their fires, and the Corporate world has taken control of the natural gas, and make billions in selling it to North Americans.
The Corporate World is responsible for the death squads, and torture of many thousands in South America & for setting up the Facist Dictatorships!
Corporatism is Facism. Corporatism is Abhu-Graeb. Georgy Bush said any Nation that harbours a terrorist, is guilty of terrorism itself. The Corporate World, the World Managment Team is Global Fascism. This is the "nature of the beast".

Dear beloved Partners in Peace Advocacy,

I am glad to first introuce myself to you all through this blog.
Actually, this has taken a little longer than I actually envisaged before I left Nigeria about 4 months ago to settle in London.

I am Ignatius Chibuzo Achilefu by name. A young Lawyer, Human Rights Activist and Peace Advocate from Nigeria.

I have actually been following the activities of the Peace Party UK over the years since my friend and partner in Peace Mr Chris Okerafor introduce the Party to me after he attended the Peace Party 1st International Conference in October 2006 and presented a paper on Sectarian Conflict in Africa:What Roles for the Civil Society.

He has equally spoke so much of Mr John Morris as the Party's Leader amongst others.

I had promised promised him to get in touch with Mr John Morris on my arrival in the UK but this has not really been possible due to the fact that I needed sometime to settle down.

My Chris Okereafor is a very good and resourceful colleague whom I actually learnt a lot from in the course of our interactions and works in Nigeria. I remember he was doing a book for publication on the ideals of the Peace Party as the affording the answers to global peace and harmony.

I have worked and volunteered with a few organizations in Nigeria such as the Women Trafficking and Child Labour Eradication Foundation, the Crime Victims Foundation etc. Also, a member of the Lawyers Without Borders LWOB (USA), The Association for Womens Human Rights in Development AWID (Canada) and a Delegate of the International Forum for the Literatures and Culture of Peace (IFLAC) Haifa-Israel (for Nigeria) see www.iflac.org.

I hereby wish to formally express my happiness to join the desire to join the Peace Party UK and participate actively in all it's activities if given the rare priviledge so to do.

I hereby attach my completed membership application form.

You may wish to make further reference from Mr Chris Okereafor.

Thanks in anticipation of your prompt response.

I feel so very happy to contact you on this occasion.

Yours in Peace Advocacy,

Ignatius C. Achilefu esq.
